The Stipendium Hungaricum is Hungary’s premier international scholarship program, offering fully-funded bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees at top Hungarian universities. It covers 100% of tuition, provides a monthly living allowance, grants free medical insurance, and offers either free dormitory housing or a monthly rental contribution.The Students at Risk Subprogramme is a specialized, fast-tracked extension of this scholarship created specifically to help students fleeing the war in Ukraine. It provides the exact same full financial benefits as the core program but removes the standard requirement of an official "Sending Partner" nomination, allowing eligible Ukrainian citizens and students whose studies in Ukraine were disrupted to apply directly and seamlessly through the online portal.
