Description

The UNHCR Refugee Helpline provides personalised information to people who are unsure where to seek help or which organisation is responsible for their situation. Helpline staff can explain available support options, provide contact details for relevant service providers and refer callers to UNHCR partner organisations. The helpline can assist with questions related to rights, documentation, access to services and protection concerns, but UNHCR does not receive or decide asylum or temporary-protection applications. Available: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00.
