Provides information for people who have fled Ukraine about temporary protection, healthcare, education and access to public services in Hungary. The Ombudsman’s Office also accepts complaints where the actions or failures of a public authority or public-service provider may have violated a person’s fundamental rights. Complaints can be submitted online, by email, by post or in person. The Ombudsman may investigate and make recommendations but does not replace the immigration authority or provide personal legal representation
