Description
Menedék provides individual and group-based support to refugees, asylum seekers, people with international or temporary protection, and other migrants living in Hungary. Its social workers help clients navigate everyday matters such as official administration, healthcare, housing, employment, education, school enrolment, and access to public services. Depending on the person’s needs, support may also include legal counselling, intercultural mediation, interpretation, mental health and psychosocial support, family assistance, and community programmes.
