Kormányablak offices are one-stop government customer service points where people can receive information and complete a wide range of official administrative procedures. Services include matters related to identity and official documents, address registration, social and family benefits, health insurance, driving licences, vehicle administration and other government procedures. Staff can also explain which authority is responsible for a particular issue and where an application needs to be submitted. Many procedures and appointments can also be handled or started electronically, although some require an in-person visit.
