Provides legal advice when a person’s fundamental rights may have been violated by the state, a public authority or a public institution. Relevant areas include healthcare and patients’ rights, education, child protection, discrimination, disability rights, psychiatric care, data protection, freedom of expression and assembly, access to public information and electoral rights. TASZ does not provide advice on immigration or asylum law, employment disputes, family law or disputes involving only private individuals or companies.
